What is the Missouri Career Center?
The Missouri Career Center, located in Joplin and Monett, is the “storefront” for the WIB to deliver the services of the workforce system and help meet the WIB’s strategic goals for workforce/economic development. The Career Center is a partnership of several organizations coming together for the mutual goal of improving Southwest Missouri’s economy through the enhancement of its workforce. The Career Center is managed by a One-Stop Operator under the direction of the WIB.
