Monett’s home-grown information technology gazelle, Jack Henry and Associates (JHA) , is among a prestigious list of Top 100 best I.T. places to work, according to Computerworld magazine.  JHA ranked 71 out of 100 nationally and is one of only six firms in from three Missouri cities to make the list from the Show-Me State.

In its profile of JHA, Computerworld sited amenities to employees that help to optimize the balance of work vs. home life.  Private air services provided by JHA through Monett’s local airport help reduce travel-related stress and time spent in airports or on the road.  Flexible work scheduling and top-notch VPN are highlighted as well.

JHA was founded in 1976 as a provider of core information processing solutions for community banks.  Today, the company’s extensive array of products and services are processing transactions, automating business processes, and managing mission-critical information for more than 8,700 financial institutions and corporate entities.

Computerworld’s annual rankings, now in its 16th year, is based on five key criteria.  Diversity, training, career development, retention, and benefits are the HR metrics of excellence considered.  Companies nominated from the list complete an extensive questionnaire and Computerworld researchers use a random sample of surveyed employees to further validate the profiles.
