Sitton Motor Lines of Joplin announced its closure with layoffs starting this week and running through mid-December. The Workforce Investment Board deployed its Rapid Response Team with the Missouri Career Center to quickly connect Sitton and its employees with services to ease the difficulty of the employment transitions.
