Section 163 ACORN Prohibition
As a grant recipient of U.S. Department of Labor – Employment and Training Administration, the WIB is subject to new provisions that prohibit funding the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) or any of its affiliates. All of the WIB’s current and future sub-recipient contracts must comply. For more information, please review the specific DOL policies.
